**Parking**
Street parking is free but please abide by any posted signage. There is also room for two vehicles in the covered carport/garage out back. The door opener is a keypad outside the garage in the alley. The code is 1210.

**Coffee**
Keurig AND Drip Coffee Maker with starter coffee grounds & pods, cream and sweetener
**Weekly Plant Maintenance**
Every Monday (plus Thursday during the summer months) Plant Nanny will be at the home to water and maintain all the beautiful plants inside and outside. They will typically be there between 10-11am and will take about 20-30 minutes to complete their job. Most of that time will be spent on the rooftop deck and out of your way. You do not need to be present for this.
**Living Room Fireplace**
Pilot should be lit during cold season. To turn on and adjust flames press black knob in about halfway and turn counterclockwise.
**Extra bedding**
Located in closets and dressers with extra blankets. Linens for the hybrid sofa bed in the living room are located in the 1st floor bedroom closet along with the air pump. The pullout couch on the 3rd floor IS NOT FUNCTIONAL and no longer listed as a bedding option. Please DO NOT pull it out.
**Trash**
Trash bins are located just outside the garage doors in the alley. Please place all trash in the appropriate can. Recycling MUST be only paper, cardboard or plastic and cannot be in a bag.
**Patio & Fire Pit**
Open gas valve on side of house (to the eft of the doors). Key should be in firepit, just turn and light using long lighter in cabinet under sink. Please shut off the gas when not in use.
Please be respectful of neighbors with noise while enjoying outdoor space. This is a mostly residential neighborhood and any noise complaints will not be taken lightly and will result in a $250 fine. No sitting on handrails of balconies. Please don't throw trash over the sides of the balconies. No signage or decorations displayed on the outside of the home or the fences without express permission from Xenos.
