Xenos provides a starter set of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher pods. There will be travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. All bed linens and towels are provided. You will receive 2 towels per guest.
Please do a walk-through of the home and note any damage. Please document any concerns. Please also make sure all guests know not to remove make up or spray on tanner with our towels, hand towels or wash clothes. Damage towels will be replaced @ $10 each.
**Parking**
Street parking is free but please abide by any posted signage. You do NOT have access to the garage.

**Furniture particulars**
NO drinking or eating on the white couch. Cleaning fees will be assessed if it gets dirty or stained. Please do not sit on back sides of couch. Please use coasters as natural wood tables are highly susceptible to water stains.

**Trash**
There are two trash cans in the backyard. If those get full during your stay, more/larger trash bins are located on the far side of the garage. Please place all trash in the appropriate can. Recycling MUST be only paper, cardboard or plastic and cannot be in a bag.
**Patio Care**
This amazing rooftop comes with some responsibilities: Please put cushions away if you know it will rain. There are storage bins on the rooftop. If it is windy or storming, please turn chairs over after putting away the cushions - otherwise you may have to go on a neighborhood hunt for these items! Please keep the cover on the furniture, grill, and fire pit when not in use. No sitting on handrails of balconies. Please don't throw trash over the sides of the balconies.
**Hot Tub**
Hot Tub MUST be covered unless in use. Please do not wear lotions in the hot tub, this will make the water dirty and lead to the sanitation levels being low. It is strongly suggested to rinse off before getting in the hot tub. Please keep hot tub clean otherwise extra cleaning charges may be assessed.
**Noise levels**
Must be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. due to this being a residential neighborhood. Noise decibels are monitored remotely. A disturbance
fee may be accessed if we are alerted for loud noises above normal conversation levels that could awaken neighbors; such violation could put future
rental potential at risk; if noise levels are violated, we will utilize outdoor cameras.

Do not activate ADT Security system during your stay. Deadbolts on doors should only be used at night when sleeping, otherwise you risk getting locked out. Please don't leave any food out that might attract any unwanted critters.
**Fireplace**
Pilot is lit during cold season. All you need to do is press the knob on the right (under the front logs) and turn to "ON". From there you can adjust the strength of the flames.
