The Record Room
What We Provide:
We provide a starter set of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher pods. There will be travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. All bed linens and towels are provided. You will receive 2 towels per guest.
Starter Pods provided along with creamer and sweetener for your convenience
For King Sleeper in the Livingroom - Bedding is in the gray bench
Trash - there are 3 large blue dumpsters across the street to the right in the parking lot for your use
Smoke Alarms are very sensitive. Please be careful to not burn food and absolutely no smoking - $500 fine for a false fire alarm
Emergency Exit door is only to be used in case of an emergency. Alarm will sound.
Please do a walk-through of the home and note any damage. Please document any concerns. Please also make sure all guests know not to remove make up or spray on tanner with our towels, hand towels or wash clothes. We have provided make up wipes for you. Damage towels will be replaced @ $10 each.

**Check-out procedures**
You will get a reminder the night before you checkout.
Check out is 10:00 a.m., if you plan to leave early, please let us know so we can prepare for the next guests.
Empty the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry of personal items (you may leave any food that can be donated to cleaners or used by next guest. We try to minimize waste).
Turn off all lights, appliances and return any moved furniture back to its original spot.
Take trash to the trash bin.
Run the dishwasher.
Pile used towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete checkout instructions could result in extra fees.
